Emerson has been so funny lately! I have been recording some of her hilarious comments on my Facebook page, but I know not all of you are on there so I thought I better record my favorites on here as well :-)
Here are our favorite recent "Emmie-isms" in no particular order. Hope they give you a laugh!
1. As I was wearing a slightly fitted shirt today, she touched my stomach and told me "I don't like your belly". I asked why and she said "It looks....(long pause)...full"! Ouch!
2. While playing with her stuffed animals, she covered up her unicorn with a blanket and told me "The unicorn is very sick, Mommy". I asked what was wrong with it and she replied "She's very dead, Mommy. Sweet dreams, Unicorn!"
3. She looked outside and saw it snowing again yesterday and excitedly told us "It's Jingle Bells time again!"
4. After leaving her opthamologist appt. last week, her eyes were very sensitive so she put on her sunglasses in the car. She then told me, "Mom, I might look like a movie star, but I'm not a movie star"
5. "There was a snowstorm, and it was windy and windy and windy, and then it turned into a LIZARD!"
6. As she's spinning around in cirlces she says "I'm getting busy!"
7. As she sat down with her play laptop, she said "I'm going to check on my email"
