Outdoor Fun!

Emerson loves spending time outside! She is usually outdoors when I pick her up from her sitter's house. And then when we pull in the driveway of our house, she immediately asks for the ball or wants to go for a walk. Here are some recent pictures of our outdoorsy little girl and a great video of her driving her car...she's really good at going backwards!

Emerson's First Sleepover!

Emerson spent the weekend with her Aunt Pam, Uncle Steve, and cousins Mackenzie and Madison! They have an adorable dog, who she loves, and they were dog-sitting this weekend, so that was twice the fun! She had a ball with all of them, as you can see in these pics (they were kind enough to document the weekend for us so we could keep the blog updated)!

17 Months Old

Emerson will be 17 months old tomorrow! She is growing so quickly and she's so much fun right now! She points to her nose, teeth, bellybutton, toes, and other random body parts when we ask, makes animal noises all the time, now says "thank you", "ball", "walk", "side (outside"), "oh no", "oh my", "cup", "more", among many other words and people's names. She is still extremely social and loves being out and about! This weekend, Aunt Nina came to visit and we enjoyed lots of time outdoors! It was a gorgeous weekend!
