The Room is Ready

Gert's room is now finished! Nick did an awesome job painting and putting up the chair rail. We were both really happy with the way it turned out. We can't wait until she arrives!

36 Weeks and Counting!

Here are some recent pictures of my ever-growing belly! Now that I'm at 36 weeks, I get to start going to the doctor on a weekly basis. I can't believe she'll be here so soon. We're getting more excited each day!

Spring Lake Shower

Nina hosted a shower for us at the Richardson's cottage in Spring Lake on Oct. 13. It was a wonderful day of celebration for this child with family and friends. Gert got her first MSU outfit from her Aunt Sarah. My wonderful friends Karen and Tracy were there to celebrate with us! And our nephew Noah enjoyed being the only man at the baby shower!
